Sales Conditions

After receiving buyer's PO (Purchasing Order) , we will issue a PO (Proforma Invoice) & / SC ( Sales Contract)  including all details about the products offered and the agreed purchasing conditions in detail.

Delivery

Normally, the products ordered should be delivered within seven days after receiving payment or irrevocable L.C,. The delivery time can be also done as clients request but within reason. ETD & ETA would be provided at the date of shipping arranged.

Payment

standard payment terms are T/T in advance or irrevocable L/C at sight

Price                 

All prices are on FOB Chinese Main Ports or CIF Overseas Base Ports according to your requirement.

Product Quality

We will provide our clients small samples or stamped copies of COA ( Certificate of Analysis) for check. The sample or the COA is strictly in accordance with the Batch Number because each batch of our products has only one Batch Number. Hereby we guarantee that our COA is definitely based upon the product test. We can also provide such inspection requested by our clients as SGS, COTECNA and CIQ etc.
